A UX project to improve Google Maps navigation in complex scenarios like tunnels, indoor spaces, and unfamiliar places. By adding Contextual Guidance, smart saved-place alerts, multilingual support, and Tourist/Trip Modes, we simplified wayfinding and built user trust. These solutions are expected to boost confidence, reduce navigation errors, and enhance the travel experience.
